This site is operated by Siren's Boutique ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian boutique selling premium swimwear worldwide via sirens.boutique.

By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

2. Products and pricing

We display product details, colors, and prices as accurately as we can. Monitors and devices may vary in color rendering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion. Prices are displayed in AUD by default; international markets see local currency where supported.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. By placing an order you authorize the charge. We may cancel any order before fulfillment and refund in full.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — product photography, copy, brand marks, design, and the Siren's Boutique name — is owned by us or used under license. You may not copy, resell, or use it commercially without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to upload malicious code, to scrape or copy our content, or to interfere with the site's security or functionality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any equivalent consumer law in your jurisdiction.
