Refund policy

14 days to return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, swim is non-returnable once worn. Unworn pieces with original tags and packaging can be returned for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email boutiquesirens@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number. We'll confirm and send return instructions within 24 hours.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll exchange your unworn piece for the right size — no extra charge.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. No need to return the original.

Refund processing

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect and confirm by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Worn swimwear, gift cards, and final-sale items.

EU buyers: 14-day cooling-off period

If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel any unworn order for any reason, in line with EU consumer protection law.
