A few things that come up a lot:
How long will my order take?
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 7–14 days to most destinations. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over $75 AUD.
When will I get a tracking number?
Within 1–2 business days of dispatch. If it hasn't arrived in 48 hours, email us — we'll chase it for you.
My tracking number isn't updating yet — should I worry?
No. International tracking can take 2–5 days to fully activate after the parcel leaves the warehouse. If there's no movement after 5 days, email us and we'll investigate.
How does sizing work?
Every order ships with a sizing card. If your piece doesn't fit how you hoped, we'll happily exchange or refund — just email us within 14 days of delivery.
What about returns?
For hygiene reasons, swim is non-returnable once worn. Unworn pieces with original tags can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
