Processing time
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery estimates

- United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 10–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days of dispatch. International tracking numbers may take 2–5 days to fully activate after the parcel leaves the warehouse. Visit our Track Your Order page anytime.
Delays, missing parcels, customs
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email boutiquesirens@gmail.com with your order number — we'll investigate immediately.
International customers may be subject to local customs duties and taxes on arrival; these are paid by the customer in line with local law.
