Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $75 AUD.

Processing

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery estimates

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days of dispatch. International tracking can take 2–5 days to fully activate — don't panic if it's quiet at first. Track anytime on the Track Your Order page.

Customs & duties

International customers may pay local customs duties or VAT on arrival. These are set by your government, not by us. We can't predict them in advance.

Returns

14 days to return or exchange unworn pieces.

What can be returned

Unworn pieces with original tags and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

What can't be returned

For hygiene reasons: swim that's been worn. Also: gift cards and final-sale items.

How to start a return

Email boutiquesirens@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number. We'll confirm and send return instructions within 24 hours.

Exchanges

Different size needed? Same window — email us within 14 days. We'll swap your unworn piece for the right size at no extra charge.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call. No need to send the original back.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives, we confirm by email within 24 hours. Approved refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sizing

Every order ships with a sizing card. If your piece doesn't fit how you hoped, the exchange path above covers you for 14 days from delivery.
